Chef Marco Ricci grew up in a small coastal village outside Naples, where his nonna taught him that great cooking begins long before the stove — it begins at the market, at the harbour, and in the garden. He trained under Michelin-starred kitchens in Milan and Rome before finding his true calling on the sun-warmed shores of Malta.
At Casa Limone, Marco channels the soul of southern Italian cucina into every creation. His pasta is made fresh each morning, his sauces reduce for hours, and his seafood comes straight from the boats of Marsaxlokk. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed.
